Ordering

Why am I being asked for my address? Aren't these files digital?

All PoshPlanr files are digital downloads, however you will be required to provide your address for billing purposes.

How will I receive my digital purchase?

All products are INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD files. No physical item will be shipped. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your files.

Downloading

I didn't receive the download link. What should I do?

First check your spam/junk folders. If you still don't see the email and can confirm you entered your email correctly during the order process, please email us with your order number using our Contact form and we will manually provide you with your download link.

When will my download link expire?

Download links do not currently expire but we strongly suggest you save the download link email in case you need to download the file again at a later date.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order or receive a refund?

Due to the non-tangible, irrecovable nature of our products, all purchases are FINAL and no returns, exchanges or refunds can be offered.

Troubleshooting

I opened my planner and I'm not able to write anything. What is wrong?

Our planners and notebooks are designed to be used with an accompanying PDF annotation app such as GoodNotes, Notability etc. The accompanying app is not included in your purchase.

I need more information about using my planner. Where can I find a tutorial?

Included with your purchase is an instruction manual to help you get started with your planner. Alternatively, you can view our How-To Guides page for tutorials on how to use your planner.
